Garden 2009

This year we recycled the boards from family room ceiling that were replaced with larger ones during the remodel. Ray built 2 new 13 ft. long x 3 ft. wide beds with them as shown below. The old beds are almost as long. We had 3 yards of good topsoil delivered yesterday and thankfully with a lot of hard work, got the beds built and topsoil in them before the rains hit today. Looking forward to lots of tomatos, squash, peppers and herbs this summer..along with a few other veggies as yet undermined.

As you can see below...a few turkeys stopped by, but didn't offer to help us, haha.
