Yard and Garden 2012

Our lilac bush is in full bloom

The late rains have kept our backyard green and plants happy

Ray planted beans and melons here last week (next two pictures taken May 12th)

Zucchini, Peppers and Eggplants..below is May 12th picture

Tomatos are snuggled into their cages and wrapped with a layer of hefty bag for wind and warmth
(on May 12th they were uncovered)

We got a load of enriched soil for garden and had enough to fill up front planter bed.  Being we get 23 hrs. of shade there, mostly impatients and other shade tolerant plants.  We have little trees popping up along driveway.
